Heartfil performs a comprehensive service program. Services include environmental monitoring, room and equipment inspection, and media sampling and replacement notification.
Media Life Analysis:
As a service, the Purafil laboratory analyzes samples of media from your air scrubber to determine the remaining life. A date for replacement can then be scheduled to ensure the protected space is not exposed to gas breakthrough or media is replaced prematurely.
System Start-Up:
Heartfil is on-site at the time of system start-up to ensure the equipment is working properly. System performance is verified to guarantee that the required air quality is being delivered.
Air Quality Assessment:
Heartfil provides Corrosion Classification Coupons (CCC) to determine whether or not your environment is safe for electronics. As part of Heartfil’s assessment service, the laboratory analyzes coupons and issues a comprehensive report detailing the environment’s ISA Classification, the classes of gases present and concentration levels, and humidity effects.
